Adapted Music Lessons

Axon Music Therapy specializes in adapted music lessons that suit each child's abilities and strengths. The goal is to enhance the students musical abilities and knowledge while being aware of their unique interests, challenges and strengths. Adapted lessons allow space for realistic expectations, modifications to instruments, instruction style and resources that ensure lessons are accessible and enjoyable for the individual

Piano, Guitar & Ukulele Lessons

Axon Music Therapy provides standard music lessons from beginner to intermediate levels. Students attend weekly lessons and are given assignments including theory, technique, ear training and playing. Students work towards their own goals such as;


  • completing a book/level
  • preparing for a Royal Conservatory of Music exam
  • performing at recitals/concerts
  • competing at festivals
  • composing/creating original music
